1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Within India
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Fee: Free on all orders across India
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Please contact us for a shipping quote if your country isn't listed during checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

- We'll coordinate with our courier partners and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
